Pipe manufacturers join forces
Danish isoplus Piping Systems integrates Finnish KVL-Pipe into Nordic partnership
The agreement to unite activities, just entered between the two manufacturers of district heating pipes – isoplus Piping Systems and KVL-Pipe Oy, signifies marked competitive advantages to both parties.
This Danish-Finnish alliance will, for instance, mean that KVL-Pipe will get access to draw on e.g. the technical support, marketing and innovation capacities of the considerably larger player, isoplus.
Similarly, the Finnish enterprise will become a fellow player in the expansion which isoplus Piping Systems is undergoing with respect to turnover, market shares and market penetration.
With the two isoplus members now on KVL-Pipe’s board, this partnership signifies a clearly strengthened position in Northern Scandinavia, Finland and the Baltic countries.
Owing to its ultra-modern production facilities, KVL’s plant in Kinnula will obviously be in a position to strengthen logistics, transport and flexibility with respect to isoplus’ activities in this region.
- There will be many synergy effects; and, naturally, this will also be to the advantage of the customers. Among other things, our product ranges complement each other perfectly, meaning that – together – we can now provide an even wider product range. The partnership will moreover mean a significant presence within the region and, hence, we will be able to strengthen competition within this market, Verner Rosendal, CEO of isoplus Piping Systems A/S, points out.
- We are really excited to strengthen our partnership with the isoplus group. With this global and world-class partner, we will be able to provide our customers with even better service and, also, a wider range of products.
